主题: Data Hiding and Forensic Techniques for secure communicationand protection of multimedia content

主讲人:Professor Anthony TS Ho

时间:2015年10月10日(周六)下午14:00开始

地点:余家头校区东配楼305会议室

讲座摘要:

The tremendous growth of advanced telecommunication and Internet technologies inthe past two decades has led to the proliferation of multimedia content for digitaltransmission and storage. The talk will give an overview of the convergence oftechnologies in the information forensics and security domain such as data hidingtechniques and their applications to digital images. For example, imagesteganography for secure communication of secret messages via an open channel, and digital watermarking for protection and authentication of content integrity. Finally, the talk will also introduce forensic techniques for identification and forgerydetection of images (including biometric data) and videos, which are currentlyattracting a great deal of attention from the research community.
